Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Millwright to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will support senior artisans with the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment while developing skills toward full trade competency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preventative and breakdown maintenance
Support fault-finding on mechanical and basic electrical systems
Assist with installation, dismantling, and reassembly of machinery
Ensure compliance with OHS Act and company safety procedures
Complete basic maintenance reports and checklists
Minimum Requirements:
N2 / N3 qualification with relevant trade subjects
Completed or in-progress Millwright apprenticeship or learnership
2-3 years industrial experience (including training exposure)
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and standby
