Millwright Supervisor

We require a reliable Millwright /Maintenane Manager to lead a team of artisans.

This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management
• Plan, manage, and control maintenance budgets.
• Develop and implement a proactive preventative maintenance strategy.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections
• Ensure functioning of all electrical units and mechanical systems in the facility.
• Record keeping and reporting
• Procurement of spares, supplier liaison and price negotiation
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Manage and plan a digital maintenance system (CMMS).
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures,
• Ensure compliance to OHSA
