Millwright/Electrician - Atlantis

Introduction

A vacancy exists at Mpact Plastic for a qualified and experienced Millwright/Electrician in the Maintenance Department. The incumbent will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and support all Production Departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that the equipment produces the expected efficiency and that all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with the equipment supplier's safety requirements
• Report all defects and/or conditions preventing the completion of maintenance activities as prescribed by the job card system. 
• Assist with projects, repairs of faulty equipment as required
• Work on mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Help maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure that the area of responsibility complies with all health and safety regulations and procedures
