Education

•Licensed Red Seal Industrial Millwright or equivalent experience without license considered
• 5 yrs+ experience maintaining mechanical equipment • Any experience with metal forming equipment an asset • Ability to read and analyze blueprints, drawings • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Duties / Responsibilities

AFTERNOON SHIFT: 2:00pm to 10:00pm (straight shift) OR NIGHT SHIFT: 10:00pm to 6:00am (straight shift)

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems on production and auxiliary equipment

Modify, repair or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity

Inspect, lubricate machine part and determine future maintenance requirements

Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the departmental safety action plans
