The About Our client is a global scale Australian gold producer with projects located in the Goldfields is seeking a Safety Advisor with mine experience and Mine Air Quality Officer qualifications who is able to fly ex-Perth on a 8:6 roster. Initially a 3 month contract with possibility to extend. The Tasks Ahead Support site teams and other stakeholders to comply with the Mine Safety Management System (MSMS). Provide continuous support, guidance and direction to personnel and contractors for all safety and health requirements. Conduct regular safety activities to support Critical Risk Management Verifications and other similar field engagements. Participate in development and review of risk assessments that support the mine operation. Monitor the compliances from lead and lag indicators, e.g. investigations, audits, inspections, training, regulatory events etc. Conduct Health monitoring sampling and reporting to relevant stakeholders and advise on improvement opportunities.
