What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement mine plans, schedules, and operational strategies to maximise production and meet targets
2. Oversee the drilling and blasting operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
3. Analyse geological data, map resources, and optimise extraction processes
4. Supervise and coordinate the work of mining crews and technicians
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability
6. Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of mining equipment and infrastructure
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges
8. Maintain detailed records and reports on mining activities and performance

What we're looking for
