Mine Engineer

Hudbay Minerals Inc. is seeking a Mine Engineer at our Copper Mountain Mine in Princeton, BC. This position is a 5x2 or 7x7 day shift schedule depending on business needs.

Reporting to the senior mine engineers, the Mine Engineer supports the safe and efficient operation of Copper Mountain Mine through technical analysis, planning, and engineering support. The role is intended for engineers with mining experience, holding or obtaining a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and capable of independently delivering engineering work within their assigned area.

Copper Mountain Mine is located near the town of Princeton, British Columbia, in the scenic Similkameen Valley with proximity to Vancouver and Okanagan.
