Job Summary

The Mine Operations Superintendent (Open-Pit) is responsible for the overall supervision, planning, and execution of open-pit mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective extraction of ore.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mining Engineering (Licensed Mining Engineer preferred)
• Minimum of five (5) years of solid mine operations supervision experience in open-pit mining operations
• Strong knowledge of open-pit mining methods, loading and hauling systems
• Familiar with MGB, DENR, and other mining-related regulations
• Experience handling heavy mining equipment (e.g., excavators, haul trucks, loaders, etc.)
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to be assigned in Tubay, Agusan del Norte
