Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, you will be part of the Mine Department. You will be responsible for overseeing all underground mining activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role involves managing daily production, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will play a critical role in achieving the mine’s production targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will have the authority to set objectives and guidelines, establish budgets and schedules, delegate tasks among staff, and develop strategies to optimize operations and meet project requirements.
