Responsibilities

Mine Waste Group Manager, Africa to lead our high-performing team and drive strategic growth across the region.

Operational Management: contribute to the development and delivery of the Mine Waste, Africa business strategy in line with the broader Mining Service business; ensure resources are utilized and allocated to project work to meet client service, technical and financial criteria. Governance and Compliance: ensure processes, systems and operations are followed and understood at every level within the business unit. Financial and Operational Management: oversee the Tailings team in Africa and the day-to-day management of the group, including timesheets, expenses, leave, budget expenditure, hiring and terminations.
