Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate/ equivalent
• Blasting certificate
• Competent person A and B
• Valid First Aid
• Supervisory development certificate is advantageous
• Must pass Dover Test
• Must pass Site Medical Fitness Test

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• 5 Years’ experience as an Underground Miner
• Knowledge of trackless development
• Knowledge of TMM Machines is advantageous
• Knowledge of inclined and horizontal development end
• Effective communication skills & leadership skills
