  Key requirements: 
 Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering degree (/BSc. Eng).
 5-7 years of industry experience.
 Versed in mineral processing treatment plant design.
 Technical writing skills for developing documentation (BoDs, PFD, Process descriptions and control specifications)
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Equipment sizing calculations and selections.
 Development of process mass balances.
 Designing mineral processing plants.
 Equipment testing and inspections.
 Plant commissioning.
 On site plant audits.
