The Role

Join our Mingenew (Area 2) team as a Site Supervisor (Senior Receival Point Operator) on a full-time permanent basis. 
This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced operator who enjoys taking the lead with site operations, supporting team capability and ensuring safe, efficient grain handling for our Growers. You’ll be a key point of contact on-site, helping maintain operational readiness throughout the year.
Roster: Monday to Friday, with additional weekend hours available
Responsibilities include:
Provide daily guidance, oversight and support to RPOs and seasonal employees

Assist with training and mentoring new team members

Support the Area Manager and Specialist Operations, acting as an escalation point for operational issues and decision-making on site

Build strong relationships with local growers and act as a trusted on‑site contact
