Job Summary
The Mini Mart Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mini mart to ensure smooth store performance, efficient manpower management, strong sales execution, and compliance with company standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong retail discipline, and experience managing fast-moving retail environments such as KK Mart or 99 Speedmart.
Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, planogram compliance, and proper product display
