Mining Geologist (M&A & Technical Advisory)

About the Role This role sits at the intersection of technical geology and mining investment. You will support the company's overseas mining acquisition activities - from conducting technical evaluations and due diligence to liaising with project stakeholders and preparing reports for cross-border transactions. You will work closely with the business development and investment teams to provide sound geological judgment in support of mineral rights acquisition and M&A decisions. Key Responsibilities
Technical Evaluation & Feasibility:
Support geological assessments, technical studies, and feasibility analyses of overseas mining projects. M&A & Mineral Rights Support:
Assist in data collection, technical due diligence, and acquisition of overseas mineral rights. External Stakeholder Interface:
