About the role

CCFCC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mining Operations Supervisor to join our team in the Surigao del Sur Caraga region. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing and managing the day-to-day mining operations, ensuring they are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mining crews, drivers and operators, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards
• Monitor and maintain mining equipment and machinery to optimise performance and productivity
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect the wellbeing of all personnel
• Analyse data and production metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
