We are recruiting!


Our client in Cabo delgado is looking for a Mining Sorting Operator to join their team within the Mining Sector.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary sorting of rough gemstones by size, color, clarity, and quality category.

  • Identify and separate ruby-bearing material from waste or low-grade stones.

  • Classify stones according to company grading standards and internal quality benchmarks.

  • Accurately record grading data and production quantities.

  • Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and chain-of-custody procedures.

  • Work closely with the Secondary Graders and Supervisors to ensure consistency in grading decisions.

  • Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

  • Report discrepancies, irregularities, or quality concerns immediately to the Supervisor.
