A brilliant Mining Company based in the Northern Cape province, has a challenging opportunity for a Mining Superintendent HR: Information Management Systems. The ideal candidate will optimise all Human Resources Information Systems: Oracle, LMS and Time Attendance System (Fire Fly). They will ensure business and management demands regarding manpower and accounting are met.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Honours degree in Human Resources

•6 Years’ extensive, practical experience as a Generalist and System Implementation in a mining or manufacturing environment.

•2 - 3 Years’ experience in compliance and Human Resources reporting.
