Mining Superintendent

About the role

Thiess is currently looking for an experienced Mining Superintendent to lead the production to achieve outstanding results in safety, culture and productivity. This position is based at Iron Bridge, located 145km from Port Hedland on an 8/6, 7/7 roster FIFO from Perth.
State of the art mine site facilities with two gymnasiums, a women’s only gym, sports, games and daily gym classes. Outdoor swimming pool, basketball/volleyball court, soccer pitch and hiking tracks. Recreation rooms, high quality food options including made to order, In-room entertainment with own-device casting ability and WiFi. Reporting to the Mining Manager at Iron Bridge, you will be responsible for:

Delivering individual and team production targets through a cooperative approach with the workforce

Promoting and maintaining a collaborative, safe and value driven culture within the workforce
