**Position Summary:**

The Legislative & Regulatory Policy Manager is responsible for helping manage Xcel Energy's relationship with the Legislature, the Governor's Office and the Public Utilities Commission. Outcomes from this position include proactively identifying issues of significance to Xcel Energy and the customers and communities served in the state, and initiating successful efforts that benefit the Company, its customers and communities.
