Minor Compromise Paralegal

As a Senior Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to focus on case strategy and professional development instead of time-consuming tasks that most firms assign to newer attorneys.

The right candidate will have experience taking, defending, and preparing for depositions and will have an interest in attending court hearings and mediations. Senior Attorneys receive mentorship from lead attorneys and participate in focus groups, trial preparation, and attorney skill programs. We provide extensive support, including AI technology to enhance productivity and efficiency. Trial participation is expected, but we will transition you into that part of the practice.
