The Minor Works Coordinator supports the delivery and management of AAL’s asset management and maintenance programs, contributing to the effective execution of the Facilities Maintenance team’s capital and minor works portfolio.

The role assists in the delivery of AAL’s long‑term asset renewal and capital replacement programs, supports larger and more complex maintenance projects, and helps optimise AAL’s asset base through strong project coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement and financial oversight.

Working closely with the Facilities Maintenance team and key stakeholders, the position plays an important role in ensuring assets are maintained, renewed and enhanced to support safe, efficient and customer‑focused airport operations.
