Job Purpose

To collect, analyze, maintain, and present operational and business data to support decision-making, performance monitoring, and strategic planning. The MIS & BIS Officer ensures accurate reporting, data integrity, and efficient information flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain accurate databases and dashboards
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management

Business Intelligence & Analysis

• Interpret trends and provide actionable insights
• Identify performance gaps and improvement areas
