MIS Assistant

• Monitor stability of network connection to the data center.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to service request via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Coordinates with vendors or service providers for repair and maintenance services.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Familiarity with antivirus management, data backup systems, and IT assets management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
