MIS Assistant

Job Summary

The MIS Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily Management Information System (MIS) operations for Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus outlets and headquarters. This role ensures smooth POS system functionality, accurate sales reporting, data integrity, and timely technical support to support fast-paced F&B operations.

This position is open to candidates of all education levels. Candidates with IT knowledge or technical skills will have an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Open to all education levels (SPM / Certificate & Diploma).
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email) is required.
• Knowledge in IT, networking, hardware troubleshooting, or POS systems is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
