Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
• Assist with system monitoring, reporting, and basic data analysis
• Support retail system operations, including POS and inventory control
• Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or system issues
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for operational needs
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and system reference
• Work with various departments to support daily operational requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
