MIS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage Windows OS, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot for device deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement security policies and compliance measures for end‑user devices.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and software installations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve device management and automation.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
• Oversee and maintain air conditioning (AC) systems to ensure proper cooling for IT equipment.
