Relevant Experience in Years: 2–4 Years
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards in Zoho Analytics.
1.   Create automated MIS reports for channel-wise sales performance (Website & Marketplaces).
2.   Generate business insights including revenue trends, SKU performance, category analysis, return %, and profitability insights.
3.   Deliver ad hoc analysis and strategic insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
4.   Integrate data from multiple sources (Sales, Inventory, Marketing, Operations) into Zoho Analytics.
5.   Automate recurring reports using Zoho Analytics, Google Sheets, and Advanced Excel.
