MIS / IT Specialist

Job Description:

• Set-up, performs configuration, installations, troubleshooting and repairs of company-wide computer equipment and network facilities such as computer hardware and software, printer and other related devices;
• Perform preventive maintenance on company-wide computer, CCTV's, printer and all related equipment under MIS department;
• Asset management of desktop computers, laptop, printer and other related devices;
• Custodian of equipment and devices under MIS department;
• Monitor and maintain company help desk system and provide technical support to end-user;
• Maintain, managing and updating computer software;
• System support for AIMS, Payroll and other system handled by MIS.

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related to computer courses;
• 1 year experience as MIS, IT or equivalent professional practice;
