MIS-Property Coordinator

Job Brief:

We are looking for an MIS Coordinator with strong expertise in Excel, reporting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate sector (preferred) and be able to manage data efficiently to support management decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform recovery tracking and follow‑up analysis (receivables, outstanding aging, collections).
• Prepare and monitor CAM invoicing and related reports.
• Develop, update, and manage dashboards for management review.
• Handle ad‑hoc reporting as required by management.
• Track and report project inventory (sold, unsold, reserved units).
• Analyze performance data and highlight trends, variances, and risks.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of all reports.
