MIS Senior Supervisor

Role reports to the Agency Information Management & Reporting Lead (who reports to Agency MIS & Analytics Head, under Distribution Operations & Analytics Department) and has the following key accountabilities:



+ Accurate and timely release of Agency performance reports to effectively monitor the Channel’s various performance KPIs, performance & achievement vs. targets

+ Accurate and timely release of management reports for various stakeholders (CAO, Sales Management Teams, Regional Office and other business units)

+ Accurate and timely release of periodic sales promos, incentives and conferences results to regularly monitor the achievement of agents and leaders vs. promo mechanics and drive the objectives of the sales campaigns

+ Expected to collaborate and work closely with various key stakeholders (Finance, IT, Sales Management Team, other Agency support teams and business units
