Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the MIS – Central Support Services team in the Client Experience Center (CEC) - GBS DR & COL being responsible for supporting the CEC reports and developing advanced analytics initiatives to achieve optimized processes and therefore boost regional and local strategies for the CEC.
The Specialist must have experience in using large datasets, as well as data mining methods, statistics, and programming to develop solutions for the CEC keeping internal clients informed about their performance KPIs.
