Mission Control Associate

Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Control Associate for their Las Vegas, NV location. Responsibilities:


+ Support commercial service operations from our service operations command center

+ Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists

+ Work cross-functionally to ensure the operation in your market is running smoothly

+ Be the first stop for basic vehicle troubleshooting

+ Create and escalate service disruption events via an internal ticketing system

+ Dispatch Fleet Response crews in the event a vehicle needs to be recovered and coordinate with other cross functional teams for updates

+ Manage market configuration, like setting restricted areas and hours of operation

+ Assist with documentation and process improvement
