MISSION COORDINATOR

At the core of the Mission Impact Coordinator’s responsibility is knowing their people well:

• Identifying and building relationships with Mission Leaders—knowing their names, roles, key responsibilities, and challenges.
• Understanding the strategic goals of the Site and the nature of the work performed for each client.
• Being aware of what clients expect and how our teams strive to meet and exceed those expectations.

Monitor and Respond to Team Satisfaction

Using the Your Voice Matters survey, the coordinator:

• Reviews results every two weeks.
• Reads and analyzes open comments to detect trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Recognizes and celebrates positive feedback to reinforce motivation and culture.
• Ensures feedback leads to meaningful action plans and continuous engagement.
