We’re working with a leading global workplace services organisation to hire a Facilities Manager for a large, highly technical, mission‑critical site in downtown Toronto.

This is a hard services–focused Facilities Management role, suited to someone with strong mechanical and building systems expertise who is comfortable operating in complex, high-reliability environments.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a ~1M sq ft mission‑critical research and laboratory facility designed to N+1 redundancy standards , where operational reliability and uptime are critical.

The site is stable and well‑run, with a strong existing team. However, when issues arise, you will take full accountability for diagnosing, coordinating, and driving resolution end‑to‑end.
