Serco's Nellis Location at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center, 31 Combat Training Squadron, is looking for a **Fighter Subject Matter Expert** capable of engineering, informing and delivering a challeging training environment for Warfighters. **This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your TS/SCI Clearance**

Our Fighter SMEs are responsible for planning, scripting, executing and debriefing large force training scenarios in support of the 31 CTS priorities. This role focuses on integrating fighter aircraft TTPs into complex mission training environments to ensure operational realism and readiness.
