Mississauga Bilingual Claims Service Representative

In this full-time position, you'll be expected to work 37.5 hours a week, available from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Your responsibilities will include documenting initial claims, assessing the need for adjuster involvement, and managing vendor coordination. Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential to ensure timely resolutions for policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Forward accurate and complete call reports
• Deliver personalized customer service throughout each call
• Arrange dispatch for adjusters or vendors as needed
• Respond to branch inquiries and reassign tasks
• Monitor service lapses and report trends to management
Requirements:
• Requires post-secondary education
