Job Description

Senior Product Test Development Engineer
Main Responsibilities:Develop High Performance Test solutions to allow first Silicon verification, Characterisation, Yield Analysis, Qualifications (AECQ100) and Release to the Manufacturing Test Site.
 Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT) & Build In Self Test (BIST) definitions and development, in order to reduce Full Factory Cost (FFC) and improved testability.
Development of Multi-Site, cost optimized production solutions at Wafer Probe and Final Test.
Engaging and support of offshore sites, to coordinate AECQ100 Qualifications, maintain production yield and high quality
Close engagement with Design, Bench Evaluation and Application Engineers.
Manage and maintain, project schedules that align with the product release date.
Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's degree with significant Electronic engineering or equivalent. Ideally 5 years’ experience in Mixed Sign...
