PayVia seeks an experienced Head of Compliance to manage its AML/CFT program effectively. This senior role requires a thorough understanding of FINTRAC and PCMLTFA, alongside leading compliance efforts in payments and virtual currencies. You will guide the compliance function and collaborate with senior management by advising on AML/CFT risks and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AML/CFT compliance framework
• Act as the designated MLRO and regulatory contact
• Oversee transaction monitoring and compliance investigations
• Lead PayVia’s client onboarding compliance
• Author and improve compliance policies and procedures
Requirements:
