MLRO

A global regulated payments business in Singapore is seeking an experienced MLRO to lead its AML/CFT framework in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

This is a senior role with end-to-end ownership of AML/CFT strategy, regulatory engagement and risk management, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the designated MLRO with overall responsibility for AML/CFT oversight
• Design, implement and maintain AML/CFT policies, controls and risk assessments
• Identify, investigate and escalate suspicious activities
• Serve as the primary contact with regulators and law enforcement
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact
• Advise senior management on AML/CFT risks and compliance issues
• Drive AML/CFT training and promote a strong culture of compliance
