MLY General Manager

Responsibilities:

• To manage and oversee operation of Malaysia Johor facility on Production, Maintenance, HSSE, Processing Engineering and also corporate function such as Finance, HR and administration
• To act as representative of the company to deal with government officials, bureau and authority on local policy, requirement and application
• To co-ordinate and setup working mechanism with function including Feedstock Supply, Sales Operations and Supply chain to streamline and optimize the business processes
• To drive and perform cost optimization for production, utilities, manpower and finance charges
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of operations from incoming materials, production and products outbound along the valve chain, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
