MNOC L1 Analyst

Job Summary

Managed Network Operations Center L1 Analyst (MNOC L1). Perform the level 1 monitoring and detection of network alerts from the different MNOC customer network. MNOC L1 analyst monitors an organization's IT & Network infrastructure. This includes monitoring network switches, firewalls, routers, server and networks links for anomalies that could suggest a network outage.

Key Responsibilities

• To do all assigned tasks by the management in a timely and effective manner as deemed necessary for the betterment of the organization.

• Support in carrying out MNOC-as-Service project system implementations for customers using the IT service management framework, which involves the whole ITSM and ITIL Framework

• Monitors network alert, health of network sensors and servers from the Network Monitoring System (NMS)

• Monitors, identify and reports any network issue that can affect customer operations.
