Mobile Device Technician

Qualifications & experience

• Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken)
• Past experience in mobile device repair preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft office suite of products (i.e. MS Word / Excel)
• Good communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair of industrial handheld terminals (similar to mobile devices)
• Handle service request from clients
• Manage inventory of spare parts
• On-site installation and technical support for clients
• Maintenance of I.T. Equipment in office

Note:

• Physical presence required at office (no remote work)
• Candidate with personal transport such as motorcycle preferred.
