**What's the Job?**

+ Support the operational maintenance of 10 to 15 commercial buildings in the Richmond, VA area.
+ Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety, boilers, refrigeration units, and pumps.
