 Position at Dumas About the Role:
Under the direction of the Fleet Superintendent, the Mobile Maintenance Planner is responsible to accurately document maintenance activities of our Equipment Fleet in our CMMS System. The Mobile Maintenance Planner will assist the client to prepare long term and short term at site.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance activities between Maintenance Supervisors and Planners.
Prepare and revise detailed work plans, including step‑by‑step instructions, safety considerations, special tools, parts lists, and lubrication requirements.
Review and update Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks as needed.
Create work orders for planned jobs and PMs for all Canadian sites.
Track parts for planned jobs in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly cost/progress reports.
