Job Description

Job Purpose:

Role overview: Provide planned and reactive maintenance to several sites across Scotland and North East England
Duties: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all assigned sites.

Maintain and service a wide range of hard services assets, including:
Pumps
Air Handling Units (AHUs)
Air Conditioning systems
Generators
Lighting and emergency lighting systems
Power distribution systems
Complete statutory and compliance‑related tasks, including:
Fire door inspections
Weekly fire alarm testing
Water outlet flushing
Water temperature monitoring and checks
Emergency lighting tests
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current legislation, standards, and company procedures.
