Mobile Network Optimization Engineer - (Smartcare)

This role is essential for driving the performance, user experience, and data-driven optimization of mobile networks using advanced SmartCare analytics platforms for major telecommunications carriers in the region.

Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Insight Design:

• Lead the end-to-end optimization strategy for mobile networks (4G/5G), leveraging the SmartCare platform to transform raw network data into actionable insights for improved Customer Experience Management (CEM).
