Mobile Nurse

About the role 

We are seeking for State Registered Staff Nurse (Locum) who will have to provide nursing-related support for patients at their homes, including but not limited to vaccinations, health-screening and other nursing procedures. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

• Conduct home visits to provide healthcare services including but not limited to vaccinations and health-screening.
• Perform nursing procedures in a home environment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patients' condition and care given.
• Provide accurate evaluation and reports.
• Manage mobile medical services.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
