Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team at the Samsung Authorized Service Center, Angsana Mall, Ipoh. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing mobile devices (both Android and iPhone), ensuring that each unit is restored to optimal condition and meets the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and troubleshooting of smartphone issues.

• Carefully disassemble and reassemble devices during repair processes.

• Replace faulty components such as screens, batteries, and motherboards.

• Ensure all repairs are completed to meet Samsung's service quality standards.

• Work independently with minimal supervision and meet service timelines.

• Maintain proper repair logs and documentation for each job.
