Job Overview:
As the Field Force Manager - MOBILE INDUSTRY, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of agency and field employees (Promoters) to ensure alignment with company standards, regulations, and KPIs. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of promoters across various locations, focusing on compliance, performance, and communication between the agency, promoters, and the internal management team. It requires a deep understanding of the mobile industry and previous experience in handling field-based teams or promoters.
